When you book with Kettle Properties, you are not working with a large property management company that manages numerous properties. You are dealing with homeowners – we are the same people who picked out the very sheets you’ll sleep in! We pride ourselves on caring for our homes and the guests that rent them. Here is our story:

Mark and I came to the mountains years ago and have had annual trips with our friends for the past several years. We really enjoyed the Smoky Mountain area and appreciated the beauty of the mountains and the family-friendly atmosphere that is everywhere. It’s the perfect mix of activities, both indoor and outdoor, as well as, wonderful relaxation.

After one of our annual trips to the Smokies with our friends, Mark and I decided to invest in a vacation home and share it with others. Our first cabin, Eagles Purch, is really close to our hearts. It’s a perfect cabin for a small family or two couples to enjoy. We love sitting outside on the deck and watching the sunset after a day of exploring!

Mark and I had been talking for a while about finding a little cabin just for couples. When we found Hillside Hideaway in the Smokies, we just knew this was the perfect cabin for couples to have a great retreat or honeymoon. Hillside Hideaway is very close to numerous attractions in Pigeon Forge and has a large hot tub to relax in after an eventful day!

Our most recent cabin is Bluff Creek. It's another couples/honeymoon cabin. Mark and I fell in love with the property and creek around this little cabin and love to sit on the porch and just listen to all the nature sounds. It's conveniently located to the parkway with very easy access!

Mark and I both work in healthcare and after the last few years of such stress in our industry, we have enjoyed watching our business grow and having the opportunity to host couples and families at our cabins. I, Tammy, am the primary contact for our properties and handle all guest communication and have the opportunity to decorate our cabins so they feel cozy and are a home away from home for our guests. Mark takes care of things behind the scenes and takes pride in keeping our places looking good and well maintained.

We’ve established an incredible team of locals to handle the maintenance and cleaning, but otherwise we manage the properties entirely by ourselves. Our guests can expect prompt and personal attention throughout your rental process. We have high standards and we desire all of our guests to have the best stay at our homes while making awesome memories! It is an honor to host you at our cabins and we look forward to the opportunity to welcome you as our guests.
