1.      What is your cancellation policy?


·      If a guest cancels within 48 hours of booking, they will receive a 100% refund, so long as the check-in date is at least 14 days away.


·      Guests will receive a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.


·      Guests will receive a 50% refund for cancellations made between 30 and 14 days.


·      Guests will receive no refund for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

2.      What are your check-in and check-out times?


·      Check-in is at 4pm, checkout is at 10am


3.      Can I have an early check-in or late check-out?


·      Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an early check-in or late check-out. Our cabins are usually rented back-to-back and therefore, we need to ensure that the cleaners have ample time to clean and prepare for your arrival and departure.


4.      How far are the Smoky Mountain cabins to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg?


·      Eagles Purch (the 2 bedroom/2 bath cabin) is right in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Approximately 5 miles to Dollywood and approximately 7 miles to Smoky Mountain National Park.


·      Hillside Hideaway (1 bedroom/1 bath cabin) is closer to Pigeon Forge and all the attractions there. Approximately 1 mile to Soaky Mountain Water Park and approximately 14 miles to Smoky Mountain National Park.


5.      Are pets allowed?


·      Unfortunately, due to severe allergies, we are unable to host pets of any kind.


6.      How will I have access to the property?


·      All properties have digital keypad locks on the front door. Your access code will be sent via email 48 hours prior to arrival.


7.      Do you have WiFi and cable?


·      We have high speed WiFi at all of our cabins. We have smart tv’s for streaming all of your favorite apps while visiting.


8.      What do I need to bring?


·      We provide a sample of household items, however, you will need to bring your own food, drinks, groceries and hygiene products.


9.      What type of coffee makers do you have?


·      All of our cabins have regular coffee pots (BYOB your own coffee).


10.   Do you decorate for Christmas?


·      Yes, we put a small tree up at all of our cabins to celebrate the holidays.



11.  We’re traveling in the winter. What happens if it snows?


·      All of the roads to our cabins are paved and in excellent condition. However, please know that sometimes the mountain roads can become difficult to travel. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to give you peace of mind should this or any other unforeseen circumstance occur.
